We choose our destination from a range of moorings at Upolu Reef and Breaking Patches.
Upolu Reef
Surrounded by stunning turquoise waters, Upolu Reef serves as a natural aquarium teeming with diverse coral formations and reef fish, including the famous “Nemo,” along with stingrays, sea stars, green sea turtles, and hawksbill turtles. The Reef’s shallow waters make it an ideal spot for beginners and those who may feel a bit nervous.
Breaking Patches
Breaking Patches Reef is located approximately 40km from Cairns just north of Michaelmas Cay. It is home to a wide variety of marine life including sea turtles, reef sharks, stingrays and tropical fish including the colourful parrot fish!
